Cambioo is a mobile card game developed and operated by Tau Interactive LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Pennsylvania limited liability company.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address (or Apple ID identifier if you use Sign in with Apple) and a password (stored securely via Firebase Authentication, never in plain text). We also assign your account a persistent Player ID.
Gameplay data: Match history, wins/losses, online and solo stats, Cambles (in-game virtual currency) balance and transaction history, cosmetic items owned (card backs, etc.), and friends list.
Device information: We do not currently use any analytics or crash-reporting service. If you contact us about a bug, we may ask you to share your device model and app version directly so we can investigate.
Push notification tokens: If you enable notifications, we collect a device token (via Expo Notifications) to deliver game invites and alerts.
Purchase data: If you buy Cambles through in-app purchases, Apple processes payment and shares limited transaction data with us (purchase confirmation, product ID) so we can credit your account. We do not receive or store your payment card details — Apple's StoreKit handles all billing.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or Tau Interactive LLC. If Cambioo is acquired or merged, your information may transfer as part of that transaction; we will notify you beforehand.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
Cambioo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us at tauinteractive@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including Firebase's security infrastructure and encrypted data transport. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cambles are a virtual in-app currency with no real-world monetary value, purchasable through Apple's StoreKit. Purchase and refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's own policies — we do not process payments directly.
Cambioo may display ads served by Google AdMob, including both rewarded ads (which you choose to watch in exchange for Cambles) and automatic ads (interstitials shown during normal use).
We do not use these ads to track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. All ad requests are configured as non-personalized, meaning ads are not targeted based on your activity outside Cambioo. AdMob and its partners may still process limited technical data (such as a device identifier) strictly to deliver an ad, cap how often you see the same ad, measure aggregate ad performance, and detect fraud — not to build a profile of you or track you across other apps.
If you'd rather not see ads at all, you can purchase the Remove Ads upgrade from the Shop, a one-time purchase (not a subscription) that permanently disables ads on your account.
Google's own use of data through AdMob is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
