1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Cambioo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Tau Interactive LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Cambioo. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Guest Play and Accounts
You may play Cambioo, including online multiplayer, as a guest without creating an account. Guest progress, stats, and Cambles are tied to your device and may be lost if you uninstall the App or switch devices.
Creating an account (via email/password or Sign in with Apple) is required only to purchase Cambles. An account may also let you preserve progress across devices and access certain social features (friends, invites).
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You may not share your account, impersonate another player, or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or rewards.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Virtual Currency and In-App Purchases
Cambles are a virtual, in-app currency usable only within Cambioo. Cambles have no cash value, cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or transferred for real money or any other item of value, and are not a form of property.
Cambles can be earned through gameplay (daily login, finishing games, wins) as a guest or account holder, or purchased with real money through Apple's In-App Purchase system, which requires a registered account (email/password or Sign in with Apple). All purchases are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's own terms and refund policies. All purchases are final; we do not offer direct refunds.
In-game wagering: Some game modes let you wager Cambles on match outcomes. This is entertainment only — wagered Cambles cannot be converted to real money or cashed out under any circumstances. Cambioo is not a gambling product and does not offer any path to real-world winnings.
We reserve the right to modify, remove, or rebalance Cambles rewards, pricing, or shop items at any time.
Remove Ads: you may purchase a one-time, non-consumable upgrade that permanently disables ads on your account. Like all purchases, this is processed by Apple and is final; we do not offer direct refunds.
5. Advertising
Cambioo may display third-party advertising, including rewarded ads (optional, in exchange for Cambles) and automatic interstitial ads. Ads are served by Google AdMob on a non-personalized basis only — we do not track your activity across other apps or websites, and we do not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. Ads are subject to Section 10 of our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads. If you prefer not to see ads, you may purchase the Remove Ads upgrade described in Section 4.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Cheat, exploit bugs, use automation/bots, or manipulate game state
Harass, abuse, or threaten other players
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund of any purchased or earned Cambles.
7. Intellectual Property
All characters, artwork, logos, game mechanics, and content in Cambioo (including the Red King, Dark King, and other characters) are owned by Tau Interactive LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
8. Multiplayer and User Conduct
Cambioo includes real-time multiplayer (2-6 players), friends, and invite features. Player conduct is governed by our Community Guidelines in addition to these Terms. You can report abusive behavior to tauinteractive@gmail.com.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tau Interactive LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of virtual currency or game progress.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time via Settings.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Apple-Specific Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
These Terms are between you and Tau Interactive LLC only, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"), and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Your license to use the App is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.
Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, or claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any third-party claim that the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple has the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
